Policy and Agreements:

Permissions . All portraits become the property of See the Memories, Inc and are subject to be used on the website (www.seethememories.com), pamphlets, business cards, brochures and any other materials related to See the Memories, Inc. If you do not wish for your portraits to be used, simply let us know in writing.

Restrictive Use. No portraits or photographs may be used by any parties outside of those associated with See the Memories, Inc. or photo participant(s) without the express written consent of See the Memories, Inc.

Privacy. We respect your privacy and no personal information will be shared with anyone unless required by law or prior approval (in writing) by you.

Release and Waivers. We are not responsible for any injuries associated with the photo shoot locations.

Contracts for photo shoots are binding for sitting fees only. You are not required to order any additional photographs or services. With this agreement, you waive all rights to emotional and physical claims. You understand steps are taken to create and produce memories of your event, but photographs can be damaged, equipment can malfunction and acts of God can cause undesirable results. These are risks with photography and all clients release See the Memories, Inc. from such damages that may occur as a result of such risks. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your portraits or photographs, we can reschedule another photo shoot or refund your money (minus the non-refundable sitting fee).
